For Signature OR Thumb Impression:
- Signature OR thumb impression must be taken with a black or dark blue ink on a white paper.
Documents to be uploaded:
- Admit Card of HSLC/equivalent examination for proof of age.
- Certificate and mark sheet of Graduation.
- Certificate of Diploma in Computer for Junior Assistant.
- Certificate of Stenography for Stenographer (Grade III).
- Caste certificate from competent authority (if applicable).
- Certificate of EWS from competent authority (if applicable).
Note: The size of the scanned documents should be 100KB to 250 KB (JPEG,JPG,PNG format only)
